We are therefore looking for support in the area of
Aftersale Quality Control Associate for our location in Karlsfeld (Dachau) as soon as possible.


Essential Functions:


  • Conducting product inspections & test per FS.COM standard and sampling requirement
  • Document, compile, and report product inspection result.
  • Collaborate with QA department in Headquarters to seek out root cause of a QC inspection failure and offer improvement suggestion
  • Understanding quality problems where customers are not highly satisfied through RMA test procedure
  • Supporting our team for Technical support & After sale support
  • Communication through internal interfaces with purchasing department and product department

You come with:


  • Ideally knowledge in Optical communication & Networking
  • Ideally relevant work experience in Telecommunication industry (as QC inspector, After sale technician, or Technical support)
  • Ability to understand technical problems
  • Drive to constantly learn new things and commitment to have impact on overall product quality
  • High motivation and autonomous working mode
  • Proactive attitude, detail oriented and strong integrity
  • Confident and fluent communication in English & Chinese, German is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Office software

岗位职责:

1. 完成售后及售前产品质量检测

2. 录入及整理产品质量检测结果

3. 与总部品控部门协作分析产品质量问题

4. 协助客服为客户提供技术支持/售后支持


岗位要求
- 工科背景本科及以上学历,电子,通信及计算机专业优先
- 中文/英语可作为工作语言,德语流利优先
- 有光纤及网络通信领域工作经验优先
- 责任心强,认真踏实有耐心,具有较好的学习能力,沟通能力及团队合作精神
- 熟练使用基本办公软件
