Our global Mondelēz Research & Development Center for cream
- and process cheese is located in Munich Unterhaching and focuses on internationally renowned brands like Philadelphia, Dairylea, Sottilette, Miracel Whip as well as smaller local brands in the baking sector.

Our multicultural and multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers and developers from different functions work closely together to inspire our consumers with new products and innovations every day.

In addition to our many years of experience and expertise, we rely on modern equipment and facilities that include an innovation kitchen, a supervision center with direct connection to our pilot plants, as well as laboratories for sensory, packaging, analytics and dairy technology.

You will work as part of a BGCM (Beverages, Gum & Candy, Meals) category / RDQ Digital Platform Team to deliver our Digital ambitions with focus on our pilot plant facilities, being involved in several product-process innovation projects.

What you need to know about this position

:

With the support of your manager and digital experts, you will efficiently participate in digital data management systems by:

Further enhancement and deployment of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) collecting the recipe-process data for Modelling & Simulation purpose
Development of some mathematical models supporting us to optimize recipeprocess and leveraging MES pilot plant data
Creating a smart trial reporting system using your programming skills
Showcasing the power and relevance of MES data collection serving our Modelling & Simulation ambitions
Training our productprocess developers to promote the use of our smart Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Some travelling will be required.

Fluency in spoken and written English. German is a plus but not required.
Datadriven mindset. Proficient in Python programming language. SQL would be a plus.
Good organizational skills and effective communication of technical information verbally and in writing.
Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with crossfunctional colleagues.
Good presentation skills and creative and proactive mindset.
Teamoriented and enthusiastic to work in a global environment.
Ability to take ownership with appropriate guidance.
Technical curiosity and rigor.

Education / Certifications

:

Students from
Technical Universities or Engineer schools with Data Science specialization . Food Science knowledge would be a plus.
