Then come and join our global team Head (f/m/d) of Business Development Interventional Radiology to shape and implement growth and partnership strategies for our global Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology business.


Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will lead the Business Development team in our Clinical Segment Interventional Radiology.
Together with your small team you will work on the following tasks:


  • You will identify and define growth opportunities and key activities in the field of interventional oncology, vascular and neuro. This also includes strategic partner management for these fields
  • You will act as strategic customer manager who will be initiating, conceptualizing, and developing strategic customer relationships with focus on new business models and post market collaborations
  • You will coordinate and provide contributions to presentations and workshops for management and at external events and act as a strategic advisor for the management
  • You will work in close collaboration with Advanced Therapies Strategy, the other Business Development heads in the other clinical segments and the zones

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, engineering, medicine or health economics
  • You bring longterm professional experience in the areas of business development, strategy and/or product management in the healthcare sector, and have ideally already gained first management experience
  • In this context, you have already gained extensive experience in coordinating or implementing customer projects; experience in dealing with Clevel customers is a major advantage
  • You have experience in establishing new markets within or outside Siemens Healthineers
  • You can ideally offer additional project management experience spanning several years, and have led crossorganizational (sub)projects
