Then come and join our global team Head (f/m/d) of Business Development Interventional Radiology to shape and implement growth and partnership strategies for our global Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology business.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will lead the Business Development team in our Clinical Segment Interventional Radiology.

Together with your small team you will work on the following tasks:

You will identify and define growth opportunities and key activities in the field of interventional oncology, vascular and neuro. This also includes strategic partner management for these fields
You will act as strategic customer manager who will be initiating, conceptualizing, and developing strategic customer relationships with focus on new business models and post market collaborations
You will coordinate and provide contributions to presentations and workshops for management and at external events and act as a strategic advisor for the management
You will work in close collaboration with Advanced Therapies Strategy, the other Business Development heads in the other clinical segments and the zones

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, engineering, medicine or health economics
You bring longterm professional experience in the areas of business development, strategy and/or product management in the healthcare sector, and have ideally already gained first management experience
In this context, you have already gained extensive experience in coordinating or implementing customer projects; experience in dealing with Clevel customers is a major advantage
You have experience in establishing new markets within or outside Siemens Healthineers
You can ideally offer additional project management experience spanning several years, and have led crossorganizational (sub)projects
