The domain TZIPV is responsible for Productivity & Visualization Solutions, including following additional areas:

  • Collaboration solutions like SharePoint, Jira/Confluence
  • Mobile App development & center of competence
  • DMS/BMS solutions like Doxis4, Poseidon and ELO

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Definition of services in close collaboration with the process responsible.
  • Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support.
  • Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support.
  • Definition of financing options for a corresponding portfolio.
  • Acting as the main IM contact person for all customers within the Common Working Environment.
  • Performing performance reviews and reporting directly to IM management.
  • Maintaining and improving business relationships between IM & Business.
  • Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation.
  • Monitoring of the service quality based on existing or to be created SLA ́s.

Desired skills and qualifications:


  • You are educated to an Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or an equivalent education
  • You have strong competence in agile methods for smooth cooperation with the business
  • Use of JIRA & Confluence is necessary
  • You have software development experience and contract experience in DevOps
  • You are able to translate customer requests into concrete IM requirements / improvements
  • You have 5 years of change management experience and stakeholder management experience due to complex organizational structures
  • You have 3 years service owner experience including cost control of service budget and licenses
  • You have 3 years of project management experience
  • You speak both German and English fluently. Spanish and/or French is a plus


Airbus Defence and Space Germany, being a "Geheimschutzbetreutes Unternehmen", its IM Infrastructure Services shall comply with national German Security regulations.

Mandatory requirement for this job are holding a German security clearance "Ü2 nach Geheimschutz and Ü2 vpS".
