For this we are looking for a
Head of HR Service Hub EMEA (M/F/d) to be located within EMEA, preferably at one of our sites, for example
Hamburg, Offenbach, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Nordborg, Warsaw area, Lyon, or Istanbul.


Responsibilities:

In this position you will build an effective and engaged service delivery organization.

Implementation will happen in a phased approach and year 1 will focus on covering HR services around:


  • Frontdesk support function
  • Talent Acquisition Support
  • HR Systems, Analytics & Process Management

And subsequently:

  • Learning & Development administration
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Workforce Administration
  • Payroll & Time Management


Setting up the HR Service Hub, you will ensure a smooth transition of all relevant tasks to the service organization.

This will include a close focus on optimization and efficiency as well as creating a digital employee experience.

You will ensure compliance of HR operations within EMEA towards local requirements and will establish an HR Service mindset with clearly defined, agreed, and monitored Service Level Agreements.


This position will require effective stakeholder management with Regional HR and Center of Excellence as well as the Regional Management Teams.

As people manager you will lead directly as well as indirectly and will build and guide a newly formed team in a period of change.


Background & Skills:


For this position you hold a university degree and bring many years of experience in Human Resources with focus on core HR processes or alternatively from Business and/or Organizational Development with strong HR & people focus.

You have experience leading an organization on a strategic as well as operational level in an international matrix organization.


Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Very good understanding of HR service delivery models and the importance of internal customer service, as well as relevant metrics
  • Ability to navigate the international matrix organization and ensure effective stakeholder management
  • Project portfolio management skills with track record of successfully driven and implemented HR initiatives
  • Experience in digitalization of HR processes; ideally knowledge in SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow
  • Wellversed communication style with ability to present analyses, proposals, and strategies to different management levels
  • Ability to create success and results through your team, leading with empowerment and growth mindset with sensitivity for leading remote and multicultural teams
  • Fluent English language skills
