Position Details:

As a Creative Freelancer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our creative and brand team by ideating and developing compelling campaign concepts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing efforts resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand's identity.

From formulating captivating storylines to crafting visually stunning out-of-home ideas, your creative prowess will be instrumental in propelling our campaigns to new heights.

Job To Do's:

Collaborate with the creative team, the brand team, and the social media team to understand campaign objectives and target audience insights
Conceptualize and present innovative campaign ideas, including compelling storylines and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines
Develop impactful brand and sales activations to drive customer engagement and boost brand loyalty
Create striking outofhome as well as social media ideas that make a lasting impression on our audience
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and brand managers to bring your concepts to life effectively
Stay uptodate with industry (esp. social media) trends and best practices, ensuring our campaigns remain fresh and relevant

Skills:

Proven experience as a creative strategist or in a similar creative role, showcasing an outstanding portfolio of successful campaign concepts and brand activations
A deep understanding of storytelling, design principles, and consumer psychology
Nice to have: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present your ideas confidently
Highly selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
An innovative and imaginative approach to problemsolving and campaign development
A passion for creativity and an eagerness to push the boundaries of what is possible
You also have an affinity for social media and trend topics that go viral
You ideally also speak German
