Supervisor HR Systems (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a stable Marine HR System environment
Key user for HR Systems, ensuring regular set up and data maintenance
Prepare analytical data and presentations
Set up and improve procedures related to the operational use of HR Systems
Coordinate all systems related topics like trainings, familiarization or participating in projects

Your Profile:

Degree in Business Administration or professional training
Experience with HR systems or database management
First experience in business process management & project work
Technical and analytical understanding
Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
Business fluent English & strong communication skills
