To support the growth, as well as to develop and maintain product launch workflows, JetBrains is creating a brand-new Go-To-Market Team.

The team will mainly work as an internal consultancy for various product teams, helping them to package and prepare their products or new product offerings for the launch, with activities spanning from marketing planning and execution to monetization, business process design, and other go-to-market-related tasks.


As a pricing and monetization specialist in the Go-To-Market Team, you will work with the product team, company management, and other stakeholders to define the most effective monetization and pricing strategy aimed at maximizing the revenue and profitability of the product, service, or new product offering.

Additionally, you will consult the team on the billing implementation.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Together with the product team and company management, develop pricing and monetization strategies to optimize profitability and revenue

Focus:
desktop tools, SaaS, and On-Premises solutions

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to determine the most effective pricing and monetization strategies for JetBrains products, services, and new product offerings
  • Together with the sales, product, and other teams, implement billing for a chosen monetization strategy
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior
  • Analyze pricing data and trends to identify monetization opportunities and risks
  • Continuously advise product teams on their product monetization performance, and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement monetization strategies and promotions
  • Together with legal, finance, and compliance teams, ensure compliance with regulatory pricing requirements
  • Increase the awareness of the Go-ToMarket processes by sharing your pricing and monetization expertise and knowledge with various teams
  • Contribute to the Go-ToMarket Team guidelines and checklists, which are to be used in future projects of a similar kind

Requirements:


  • Fluency in English
  • Relevant degree or experience in business, economics, marketing, or related fields
  • Handson experience with pricing and monetization and general knowledge of pricing models
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, research, critical thinking, and problem solving
  • The ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams, prioritize highimpact activities, and keep complex projects on track
  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of JetBrains business and handson experience with IT industrytargeted product monetization is a strong plus
