Student Help for VR Annotation (f/m/x

Stud. Assistant 15-20 hrs./week

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the creation of ground truth data for our machine learning algorithms
  • Interacting with biologists and neurobiologists to understand biological structures and relationships
  • Supporting the staff in creating images and videos from research outcomes
  • Annotations from single cells to the whole body
Your qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Student of Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Medicine or similar
  • Experience in VR (games are sufficient)
  • Basic knowledge about cell biology and anatomy
Desirable qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong spatial awareness
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Teamplayer
Salary and social benefits are based on the tariff community of German states (TdL). The position is limited to 6 months.
