Day in the Life of a Customer Support

You work 40 hours per week in a repair cell with a highly motivated team and an open atmosphere. All persons are involved in improvements and processes. We will spend enough time for a good training period at the beginning. We expect communication skills for customer technical calls.


Responsibilities:

Repairing test instruments, including repair on the component level.

Administration tasks / enter repair details in the ERP system.

Safety measurements

Your Team

You will be working in a service team of around 15 people, 4 people in the repair area. You have many interactions within the repair team but also with the service desk team or logistics. In some cases, you also have direct contact with our customers.

Experience & Personal Skills

We expect you to have completed vocational training as an electronics technician or similar.

Good knowledge of German written and spoken and basic English knowledge.

Good technical skills.
