Join our team full time as Technical Writer (M/F/w).

What is the role about?

Conception, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation for customers and technical user groups.
Authoring of installation, operation and other manuals as well as pre/aftersales documentation in German and English in cooperation with other departments.
Compilation and updating contents in an agile development workflow following a docsascode approach.
Administration, standardization and structuring contents and documentation according to internal and external requirements.
Coordination of the process for creating and administrating document types involving all company departments.
Ongoing development of the documentation system and processes incl. analysis and derivation of optimization approaches for document management.

You fit in with us, if

You have sound knowledge and several years of experience, ideally in the field of technical documentation. Basic understanding of software documentation is a strong plus.
You have successfully completed technical vocational training or a technical degree and are familiar with authoring as well as have a basic technical understanding.
You are experienced in the creation and maintenance of documents in plaintext markup languages (reStructuredText, markdown, etc.), using the Sphinx python documentation generator or any similar plain text processing toolchain.
You are fluent in English. German is a strong plus but not a must.
You have an independent and efficient way of working, as well as a highquality awareness.
