Responsibilities:

Technical Engineering

  • Understand business processes end to end and supervise the integration and implementation of MS Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Determine the technical roadmap for Active Directory and related tools architecture harmonization and optimization.
  • Contribute to legacy Lotus Notes technologies replacement with M365, Microsoft Active Directory and other cloud solutions tests and implementation.
  • Implement Active Directory and Azure AD related integration and synchronization tools demanded by internal IT and business needs.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of service delivered to internal users and clients and supports Service Operations Manager in continuing improvement of processes.
  • Keep abreast of the product roadmap and trends to ensure optimized usage of the solutions.
  • Develop specifications to communicate requirements to development teams.
Technical Support

  • Support maintenance of Active Directory, Azure AD and Lotus Notes platform.
  • Provide architectural and technology consultancy to internal IT and business customers.
  • Manage tickets and escalated incidents related to Active Directory, Azure AD and Lotus Notes.
  • Assist in incidents and requests of improvement measures as well as analyze problems for increased system stability and transparency.
Your qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field (or equivalent and related experience).
  • Several years' experience with designing, deploying and managing Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD architecture design and consultancy in complex multidomain environment.
  • Experience in Active Directory landscape harmonization and processes optimization.
  • Experience in leading mid to largesized projects; knowledge in project management methodologies.
  • Good understanding of fundamental computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage and operating system components.
  • Fluent in German and at least B2 Level of English
