Your tasks:


  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the technical sales team for the segment Mobile Radio Analysis
  • Overall responsibility for the technical sales, including equipment and system offers, from needs analysis, offer creation to contract negotiations
  • Responsibility for defining and executing the global sales strategy for the segment Mobile Radio Analysis
  • Strategic and operational management of the marketing of our system solutions, strong contribution to business development
  • Transformation of operational requirements into a technical solution and creating concise offer documents
  • Capturing marketrelevant requirements for the development of future products and system solutions
  • Managing the interface to Systems Engineering, Product Management, Project Management and R&D departments as well as to the global sales organisation

Your qualifications:


  • Completed university studies with comprehensive expert knowledge in sales and marketing
  • Qualified professional and industry experience in the field of mobile communication networks or similar
  • Experience with procurement procedures for public contracts
  • Proven track record in selling complex solutions, preferably in the public sector
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics in combination with a high level of comprehension as well as experience in change management
  • Leadership experience, the ability to motivate and confidently lead a team as well as influence other organizations
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally coupled with intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further language skills desirable
