Beschreibung

The Head of Partner Management is a leader within the new Partner Management & Integrations organization and reports to the XX of Solution Excellence.


The Head of Partner Management is responsible for the setup, the implementation and the continuous improvement of all processes related to all incoming requests addressed to the Partner Management & Integrations organization.

The purpose is to build up a single point of entry for all global requests from all partners (commercial, business units and function units) and to manage them according to the defined processes.

Dispatching to correct internal teams needs to be ensured as well as the complete process of requirement's engineering in dialogue with the requestor, the customer, and the respective business unit.

The strategy is to be defined with the XX of Solution Excellence and needs to be broken down within the sub structure of Partner Management.


Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Definition and agreement of the scope of the team
  • Definition of a team strategy according to the full scope of Solution Excellence
  • Implementation of the agreed collaboration setups with the different requestors
  • Implementation of roles fitting into the overall Partner Management & Integrations setup
  • Breakdown of strategy and setup to the sub teams
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of the implemented processes
  • Implementation of SLAs and OLAs together with Collaboration & Standards and Governance & Operational Excellence
  • Ensuring the full pipeline transparency
  • Implementation and monitoring of the required documentation of Partner Management & Integrations
  • Ensuring the correct and ontime dispatch of requests
  • Ensuring the delivery of a complete requirement as a result of detailed request alignment with the requestor, the customer and the business partners
  • Ensuring transparency for the entire delivery process and requestor and stakeholder information and involvement whenever needed in the process
  • Ownership of the request during the entire delivery process of Partner Management & Integrations

Your qualifications

  • Excellent English skills
  • Customer orientation
  • High affinity to processes, their implementation and improvement
  • Excellent communicator and able to build sustainable business partnerships and networks
  • Quick understanding of customer needs and their underlaying motivation, and how Schenker IT can meet both in the best way possible
  • Strategic thinking but also ability to dive into details where needed
  • Proactive mindset paired with curiosity being keen on learning something new every day is a prerequisite
  • Resilient personality and ability to deliver good performance even under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
