Experienced creatives in a state of the art studios totally tailored to the needs of our clients. Compact and literally on the work floor or in hybrid solutions. Efficient, short lines, saving costs and inspiring; that are the key benefits.
As a result The Brand Floor is allowed to work for many leading local and global brands and companies in a wide range of markets and regions.

Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Lead to join our agency.
The responsibilities include next to delivering good creative work, building and nurturing healthy client relationships with our premium brand clients, developing new opportunities, briefing colleague creatives who work together with and for you and allocating and managing planning and budgets.
Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Lead:
- Create a wide range of creative graphic work, from dtp to design and concept.
- Being aware of offline, online multimedia developments within the field.
- Briefing coworking designers and copywriters.
- Developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Keeping projects on time and within budget.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth.
Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Lead requirements:
- Senior degree in graphic design or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience as graphic designer or related positions.
- Proven management and planning skills.
- Understanding of budgeting and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- International mindset and fluent in English and German.
- Hybrid working environment.
- Located in Hamburg or the immediate area.
