Your main responsibilities
You support the ICT in rollout projects and carry out the client rollouts independently
You are responsible for the installation of hardware and various software programmes
You process incoming support requests and requirements from internal stakeholders
You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and support the ICT team in small and large projects.
In addition, you will take care of equipping our employees with Apple products and provide product support.
What do you bring
You are currently studying, ideally in the field of computer science
You have initial experience with the Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 operating systems (installation and configuration).
You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
You also have hardware experience in the area of notebooks, tablets and smartphones
Very good English and ideally very good German skills round off your profile
If you are a working student, you should be available for approx. 20 hours per week (by arrangement). Full-time work is also possible during the semester break.
