Your tasks

In our Customer Center for our premium OEM Mercedes and Volvo, we offer a working student (M/F/diverse) position starting immediately for a minim of 6 months.

We employ working students (M/F/diverse) for a maximum of 18 hours per week with partially remote and partially on-site work (1-2 days per week).

Creation of Customer Center internal Communication and Data Management Platform in various tools
Support of Sales Excellence Initiative
Creation of presentation and onepager as a base for commercial customer negotiations
Support of our company restructuring process (Project SHAPE) in alignment with our Tier1 customers to ensure the data connection and data flow (SAP based).
Sales management support of our Aftermarket Projects in regard to planning figures and contract management via B2B portal and in alignment with our OEM.
Supporting the material shortage situation for related customer projects by tracking and monitoring the material availability as an interface with all involved departments (Supply chain Management/ Purchasing / Project / Production Plant / Sales/ KeyAccount Management.

Profile:

Student (M/F/diverse) in business administration studies or similar field of study
Interests in the area of Sales Management
Profound knowledge in MS Officeprograms
Fluent English language skills written and spoken
Basic German language skills will be helpful
Interest in working in an international team
High level of commitment and organizational skills in a team and in independent tasks
