A Snapshot of Your Day

A virtual coffee round in the morning offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with your colleagues (f/m/d) and strengthens team building.

As the day progresses, you will work in close coordination with your colleagues (f/m/d) from your and neighbor departments.

The whole thing is supplemented by a regular jour fixe with your supervisor (f/m/d), in which your tasks and the results achieved are discussed in a 1:1 conversation.

Your activities will include the independent analysis and evaluation of process automation ideas within our service organization. You support the development of automations, their implementation and the creation of associated documents. Your ideas and creativity are welcome and will flow into the decision-making process. You work flexibly, in coordination with your supervisor, either at the Nuremberg location or in your home office.

How You'll Make an Impact

Help shape the digital future of Siemens Energy
Support of our team of experts in the digitization and sustainable optimization of processes
Analysis and evaluation of process automation ideas
Support for process automation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) via UiPath
Creation, maintenance & updating of process and project documentation
Accompanying the implementation of process automation by an offshore team
Handover of process automation solutions to an offshore team
Taking responsibility for own RPA projects

What You Bring

Current studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, electrical engineering and information technology or similar
IT affinity and enthusiasm for digitization topics
First experiences with process automation (e.g. UI Path or Microsoft Power Automate)
Ideally experience with ETL tools or data visualization (Alteryx, Tableau or similar tools)
Long term availability for 1620 hours per week
Fluent German and very good English skills
Effective communication and agile mindset
Independent and proactive way of working as well as teamwork and communication skills
