Your tasks

You support the project management and customer success teams in implementing and supporting robot fleets at our customer's sites with a variety of different tasks depending on the progress of project
You own the dashboard (Looker Studio) for the creation of our weekly reports to customers and Management
You help us further advance our support and service processes e.g. in terms of spare part management and billing processes
You maintain & execute different project templates within our task management tools (JIRA)
You create your data analysis, derive findings, and discuss your results with the Magazino team

Requirements:

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Masters's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Robotics, or a similar technical or administrative study program
You are passionate about Robotics & Intralogistics and have an affinity for IT
You are experienced in working with Excel and PowerPoint
First experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Looker Studio is an advantage
You are an openminded person with handsonmentality and the desire to continuously develop yourself
You are business fluent in English and German
