Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design for Manufacturing & Assembly Engineer to join the DFMA team and drive DFMA excellence across all launch system components.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design engineers and production teams in reviewing, identifying issues & optimizing the launcher systems under DFMA principles through an iterative approach: Drive industrialization of designs, focusing on simplification, standardization, variance minimization and cost efficiency
- Lead & coordinate review cycles aligned with design readiness milestones, production feedback & timeline constraints
- Manage Bill-of-Materials (BOMs) across engineering and production on assigned systems
- Provide technical support for interpretation, evaluation and resolution of systematic production non-conformities
