- Operation and monitoring of the power plant facilities
- Execution of maintenance and repair work according to operational requirements
- Proactive optimization of plant performance and rapid response to disturbances
- Participation in shutdowns and revisions to ensure plant integrity
- Compliance with applicable safety regulations and environmental standards
- Regular cleaning work to maintain plant efficiency
- Vocational training as an electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar technical qualification
- Solid knowledge in plant maintenance and operation
- Proficient in MS Office and other common software applications
- High level of flexibility, reliability, and strong team spirit
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and under various environmental conditions
- German or English language skills
