We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management Data Expert (x|f|m) for the Data Strategy & Management area within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH at the Göttingen site with the possibility of working remotely on a regular basis.

The position is full-time.

In this role, you will act as the contact person for all data requirements on the topic of PMF (Product Master File), template documentation and further development, as well as the coordination of key users and change agents on a global level and create the future with us.

Your
tasks

You take over the project management responsibility for the further developments within the PLM requirements
You also ensure compliance conformity in the creation of product data
You control and design the product data creation process and its process definition according to PLM workflow settings
In addition, you will create guidelines and ensure data governance. You will be actively involved in the implementation of global projects to improve template processes
You will work with the business to define metrics and provide input for all dashboard requirements. In cooperation with IT and data architects, you will improve the interfaces between CAD and ERP systems
You will provide 1st level support in case of problems in the product data creation process, take over the execution of tests for all PLM and DMS relevant test cases and thus ensure CSV conformity
Managing authorizations in the PLM area and supporting postmerger integrations for PLM as well as carrying out corresponding training courses round off your area of responsibility

Your
qualifications

You have a degree in the field of economics, computer science or comparable
This is complemented by several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as proven experience in project management
You already have experience with SAP, knowhow in SAP DMS is a plus
You describe yourself as a customeroriented forward thinker, with the goal of delivering added value and innovation
You have strong digital expertise, data analysis skills and an affinity for business processes
Very good English and German skills as well as an occasional willingness to travel round off your profile
