In order to support operations, Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working Student within IM for Operations in DOE (d/f/m):

Location: _Hamburg _
Start: _As soon as possible _
Duration: _12 months _

Definition working student:

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises.

A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities:

IT incident management:
support

General support in the IT incident management process for the systems used globally in the Airbus plants and assembly lines in production.
Analysis of open tickets Analysis and support for solving longrunning tickets.
RCA (Root Cause Analysis / Problem Management) support.
Examination of the different processes and approaches of the departments.

IT quality management support

IM Quality Plan according to EN9100.
Creation of an action list to harmonize and adapt to the quality plan.
Completion of the quality plan (revision of documents that have already been signed and completion of documents that have not yet been signed).
Analysis of the software portfolio, review of the status (project/in service/retired/..) and business criticality.
Support for obsolescence issues such as MS Office, Oracle sunset.

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled fulltime student in the area of IT, Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
First practical experience in the field of Quality Management, Incident Management, is desirable.
Fluent in German and English.
