Your Tasks:


  • Act as the lead coordinator for special projects, ensuring effective alignment and coordination with the COO
  • Represent the COO in meetings, projects and initiatives
  • Prepare agendas and materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary content is organized and delivered in a timely manner
  • Manage communication within the Group Operations department, ensuring effective dissemination of information and followup on tasks across the organization
  • Take ownership of dedicated projects and initiatives within Group Operations, driving their successful completion

Your Profile:


Personality:
Good intercultural and interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, purpose-driven joy of transformation and key future topics e.g. sustainability/leadership


Working:
Target-oriented and efficiency driven, proactive and team work approach with high service orientation, result-driven


Experience and Know-how:


  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role, preferably with international exposure
  • Excellent management skills with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualification:
Academic degree in engineering or equivalent


Languages:
Strong skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills
