We are seeking a Total Quality Administrator (m/w/d), located in Germany, in the immediate area of Stuttgart, Korntal-Münchingen.

  • Support development and improvement of policies, procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality as part of Total Quality Management system
  • Ensures compliance to quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO and compliance (such as RoHS, REACH, WEEE)
  • Conduct audits (Supplier, Process, Internal, Per ISO 9001/17025)
  • Complete documentation and tasks related to audits and corrective actions
  • Ensure proper functioning of existing quality systems and tools (DCL, COMP, ESD)
  • Maintenance of Key TQMS procedures, process and instructions related to, Calibration, Corrective Action, ESD, Document Control, incoming inspection
  • Conduct training on existing and new tools for employees
  • Support analysis of failure data to identify trends and implementation of relevant actions.
  • Monitor general reporting of quality problems (QPR) and ensures correct usage
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams Worldwide to drive process/product improvements
  • Good understanding of manufacturing operation and functionality to address process issues and/or defect prevention
This position requires

  • 3 + years of experience within quality management
  • Knowledgeable within ISO 9001 and 17025 or other quality systems
  • 2 year degree or quality related certification required, 4 year degree is a plus
  • Detail orientated
  • Consistent and systematic work manner with stablished communication and soft skills
  • Good command of English
  • Microsoft Office Programs
  • Basic Analytic skills as trends identifying, causeeffect, data trends & analysis
