    • Prozessaufnahme, Spezifikation und Visualisierung von Kundenanforderungen
    • Lösungsdesign in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Schnittstellendefinition
    • Tests und Einführungsunterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme
    • Einrichtung und Konfiguration der Cloud-Services
