We are looking for

For the Kardex Germany GmbH we are looking for a
Director Business Process & Data Management (M/F/d) at our location Bellheim, Neuburg an der Kammel or Zürich.

In this role you will take ownership for setting the organizational standard for the design of business processes and facilitate and drive continuously improvement.

By coaching the Process Owner in our organization you provide the tools and methods to enable defining, measuring and improving processes.

You'll be the leader of our PO-Community on strategic and operational topics and level.

Responsibilities:

Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness
Plan execution of process implementations & improvements
Followup implementation with Business Process/Data Owners
Business Process analysis
Define and implement BPM methodology
Identify and define metrics to measure organizational effectiveness
Process documentation and training

Qualifications:

510 years' experience in organizational and business process design preferably in senior management and/or experience in the role as Process Owner, project management, international environment
5 years experience in MDM and MDG topics, ideally in a complex manufacturing environment
Background in Consulting role is considered helpful

- very good knowledge of German and English

Degree in Economics is preferred
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
