Established on December 2009, China Southern Airlines Frankfurt Office is one branch from China Southern Airlines Company Limited, whose headquarter is in Guangzhou, China


It includes five departments:
Cargo Sales, Cargo Operation, Passenger Sales, Passenger Operation and Accounting. The office deals with passenger and cargo service, ground handling service of flights, financial work and etc.

Possessing the largest Boeing 777F cargo aircraft's capacity of China Southern Airlines in Europe, the office can provide customers with air cargo service from Frankfurt, to Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other cities in China.

In the meanwhile, through abundant trucking optional service, it also connects cargo from China to many cities in Europe.

• Handle cargo reservations and bookings update.
• Customer service/Claim investigation/warehouse communication/irregular case investigation.
• Quick response to clients and follow up cargo status.
• Daily sales data analysis and monthly sales report.
• Manage GHA performance and provide guidelines and instructions.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers.
• Bachelor degree or college equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills in German, English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with personal computer software and MS office.
• Good communication and coordination skills, detailoriented, high sense of responsibility with teamwork.
• Have a strong learning ability, Selfmotivated
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
