Habyt's mission is to provide the best housing experience, anywhere. We develop and manage beautifully designed, community-driven and technologically empowered living spaces to create a modern living concept. We are funded by top VC and Real Estate investors in Europe.

We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in Berlin.

Tasks

Take control over both global and specific overviews of the sales cycle, including pipeline management, handling sales data and reports, and CRM data analysis
Manage communications with our 3rd party partners and our new customers by optimizing pre and postsales processes as well as troubleshooting daytoday issues
Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation
Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services, specifically for Germany
Analyse and report on sales results

Requirements:

You are a highachieving student or a recent graduate
Have a good knowledge of the German market
Fullworking proficiency in German is required. English and other European languages are a plus
You are organised, highly detail oriented and thrive in accomplishing specific missiondriven tasks
Strong international background through work and study abroad
You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt's mission
You are comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment
You are entrepreneurial, able to work without wellworn paths or established protocols
