- Lead development projects within the Heart and Lung value stream at Xenios AG.
- Serve as the central contact and provide interdisciplinary project management leadership for project managers at Xenios AG.
- Manage a cross-functional team (CFT) and oversee sub-projects.
- Continuously improve project management infrastructure for the Heart and Lung value stream, enhancing processes, methods, tools, and guidelines.
- Integrate team members from key functions into an effective cross-functional team.
- Coach and develop project managers to enhance their project management skills.
- Actively participate in decision-making within cross-functional teams and governance boards (e.g., LAT, Vertical Business Reviews).
- Tasks as directed by supervisor.
- Completed studies in medical technology, technical/scientific, or business-related field.
- 10-12 years of professional experience in program or project management in regulated environments, specifically in new product development within the medical device industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in NPI (New Product Introduction), Design Controls, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in ISO and FDA-regulated environments.
- Experience managing New Product Introduction lifecycles encompassing physical hardware, disposables, and software components.
- Proficient in program/project management practices and tools, including MS Project.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for efficient program/project delivery.
- Demonstrated success in managing expectations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills across organizational levels.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performance, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to convey complex content effectively.
- Skilled in negotiating product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
- Adaptable to changing environments and adept at refining strategies accordingly.
- Fluent in German and business proficient in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
