What you'll do
-
Administer our AutoScout24 Salesforce orgs, maintaining e.g., user records, profiles, permission sets, roles, provide reports & dashboards to users

  • Be the
    key contact for our users, supporting issues, educating them in the use of Salesforce and qualifying incoming bug or change requests
  • Be a
    trusted partner of our Salesforce development and CRM process manager teams in discussing, implementing, testing, and deploying new features, as well as for the business
  • Manage mass data uploads and exports
  • Support, configure, and maintain
    Apps installed to extend the functionality of our CRM

What you should bring

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), preferably in the
    Tech Industry:
  • The mindset of a dedicated
    problem solver with a forensic skillset to determine the root cause of issues and fix them
  • Knowledge in
    Jira for tracking issues, tasks, stories, and epics, as well as
    Confluence for documenting your work
  • Previous experience in close collaboration with Salesforce developer and CRM process manager teams and the
    according task sharing:
  • Supportive mindset to help and train key users and users

Structured, diligent and independent way of working and a high level of
commitment and trustworthiness

  • Effective
    interpersonal and
    communication skills, fostering joint problemsolving within and across teams as well as with
    management:
  • Fluency in
    English and German,
    other European languages beneficial
