Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities
Interacts with customers and company service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents or trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements and product pricing.

  • Processes all sales orders in accordance with the surgery booking guide and promotes template utilization for sales representative
  • Participates in the development of proactive methods of communication with customers
  • Provides support on product availability and demand, engaging with customers to determine appropriate timing of delivery and returns
  • Updates all pertinent data regarding complaints, customer information or change orders, and provides potential solutions to routine customer complaints
  • Completes daily collection of products from customers and report on ontime returns
  • Supports communication and query resolution with distribution team
- to flow the tasks for the week (receipting of inventory, calendar of sales, invoicing) Performs other duties as assigned


Required Skills / Capabilities

  • Schedule loaners and coordinate surgery coverage.
  • Ensure loaners are returned promptly after surgery.

  • Enter and/or update all pertinent data regarding complaints, customer information or change orders. Maintains unbilled loaner information and reports status to management.

Education and Experience

  • Associate's Degree (A.A) or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school
  • Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), presentation programs (Power Point) and ERP knowledge
  • High degree of selfinitiative and innovative capacities
  • Customer driven work Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience
