As the Cyber Security Awareness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture by developing and implementing comprehensive awareness programs.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for educating and empowering employees to be vigilant against cybersecurity threats.

This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and creativity.

Tasks

Awareness Program Development:

Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity awareness programs aimed at educating employees about cyber threats, best practices, and organizational policies.
Develop engaging and informative content, including presentations, training materials, and awareness campaigns.

Training Sessions

Conduct regular training sessions for employees at all levels to increase awareness of cybersecurity risks and promote a culture of security.
Customize training content based on specific roles and potential security vulnerabilities.

Communication Strategy

Develop and execute a communication strategy to consistently deliver relevant cybersecurity information to employees.
Utilize various communication channels to ensure the broad dissemination of securityrelated updates and tips.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Implement mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of awareness programs.
Regularly assess employee awareness levels and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration

Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to integrate cybersecurity awareness into various aspects of the organization.
Foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility for cybersecurity.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity awareness programs.
Demonstrated experience in conducting training sessions and developing engaging awareness content.
Familiarity with industrystandard cybersecurity certifications is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to present complex topics in an accessible manner.
Project management skills to plan and execute awareness initiatives effectively.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.
