Role summary:

Flowserve is looking for a Junior Buyer OSP for the Dortmund site at the earliest possible start date.

You will be responsible for ensuring that materials are available for production in the required quality and quantity at the desired price and corresponding with suppliers.

Your tasks:

Following up with incomplete orders with approved suppliers, considering price, delivery time and technical specifications
Monitoring, urging and moving delivery dates in consultation with the expeditor
Assisting with supplier complaints
Checking documents and certificates for completeness
Handling the OSP ordering process
Processing indirect materials including account assignment
Maintaining, creating, and changing article and supplier master data in the supplier tool and ERP system
Checking for invoice discrepancies and clarifying with the suppliers and Shared Service
Filling out the MDM form with all the necessary data, such as the supplier's account and bank details, classification of commodity and inspection of incoming goods
Customs clearances according to customs tariff regulations, import compliance and processing of customs documents including complaints

Your profile:

Completed 3 years of commercial education
Fluency in written and spoken German
Confident knowledge of written and spoken English
MS-Office (Power Point) knowledge
SAP knowledge is desirable
