Would you like to learn more about the industry and understand the future of the energy market? Be a part of the SAP ecosystem? Then you are at the right place.


  • Support IBU Experts in their daily work
  • Support the International Event
  • Support other OGE events (ADIPEC, LEAP, etc.)
  • Maintain a lean customer reference library
  • Contribute to Media Production (Video, Podcast)
  • Design Banners and Flyers
  • Contribute to Social Media activities (LinkedIn)
  • Develop and present new concepts
  • Support SAP Oil, Gas, and Energy Communities
  • Other Communications and Marketing related tasks

What you bring


Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (FH), studying: Media Management, Media Informatics, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Web design, or related field.

As the role includes onboarding and a learning process, we expect the applicant to consider a working period of 12-18 months or longer.


Required Skills:


  • Ability to create engaging presentations and concepts
  • Experience with video editing tools
  • Basic graphic design knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Social Media channels
  • Motivation to learn and engage with new technologies and innovations
  • Basic knowledge in working with MS Office 365 (MS Teams, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel, MS SharePoint)
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Soft skills: responsible, reliable, independent, and openminded mentality, selfdriven and highly motivated team player
