Key Role
Provide intelligence-focused strategic partnering, integration, and engagement support.

Work in conjunction with the client and other agencies to support the development of Country Campaign Plans, Intelligence Security Cooperation activities, and senior level foreign engagements.

Provide time critical recommendations, often under pressure.

Grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like recommending intelligence cooperation opportunities based on applicable US law, regulation, and policy.

Share your expertise with analysts through leadership and mentoring.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in SIGINT policy and guidance
  • 2+ years of experience with Joint doctrine and processes at the operational and strategic levels
  • Experience in SIGINT collection or analysis
  • Experience briefing General Officers, civilian equivalents, and executive staff
  • Experience producing information papers, decision briefs, and assessments to general officers and executive staff
  • Ability to travel within Europe and the US, as needed
  • Ability to travel and work in austere environments as needed
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:


  • Experience working in National Intelligence Agencies
  • Knowledge of the IC's structure, roles, and capabilities regarding collection
  • Knowledge of security cooperation authorities, processes, and resources
  • Knowledge of foreign disclosure rules and policy
  • Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and Combatant Command environments
  • Knowledge of security cooperation policies
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
