YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an International Reward and Mobility Working Student (M/F/d), you support the international Reward & Mobility Team in their daily tasks and projects.
You assist in the further development of international mobility processes, with a particular focus on trainees and apprentices.
Your task is also to support the international reward management.
You take on administrative tasks within the international HR context and also assist in various Travel Managementrelated issues.
You support and independently create content and updates for various SharePoint sites and write blog articles.
You update and translate checklists, process descriptions, presentations, and other documents.
You work in a selforganized manner on projects related to People and Culture International.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are a registered student in a Master degree program.
You have basic experience in an entrepreneurial environment with focus on HR responsibilities.
You have experience with MS Office tools, ideally you have also had some familiarity with SAP.
You have excellent English skills and possess good German proficiency.
You should have strong communication and coordination skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across various disciplines while staying organized.
Your skillset includes an international perspective coupled with the ability to understand and address local needs.
Your profile is complemented by your flexibility and your positive, serviceoriented mindset.
