Your Tasks

Leadership and further development of a team for the development of bipolar plates and active cell components for PEM electrolysis stacks
Building partnerships for the development of cell components and optimize the mass production capability of the components
Responsibility for performing and design and system FMEAs and simulating force relationships in the cell
Integration of H-TEC's existing experience and technologies into the functional unit BBP
Reduction of specific costs of the functional unit BBP
Responsibility for the creation of CAD models, technical drawing, parts lists, maintenance as well as updating of technical master data and documents in the ERP System BBP
Crosssite assurance and communication of work results and expertise

Your Profile

Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering or in the field of chemical engineering, physical chemistry, electrochemistry or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in development and design, ideally experience in the field of design of electrolysis stacks or fuel cells and in the automotive environment
Experience in sealing an plastics technology and/or plate heat exchangers
Strong organizational, coordination, communication and teamwork skills
Systematic, structured and proactive way of working
Pleasure in independently carrying out and managing development projects within the scope of specialist activities
Quick comprehension and enjoyment of analytical and creative activities
Willingness for personal development in the area of responsibility
