At our R&D center in Suzhou, we offer true creativity and innovation as well as the technical know-how to take projects from conception to successful production.

ELITE ROBOTS already produces over 10,000 cobots a year.

ELITE ROBOTS fully exploits the mechanisms and advantages of collaborative robotics - lightweight and flexible collaborative robots for assembly, machine loading & unloading, material recognition, order picking, stacking and unloading, grinding and polishing.

ELITE cobots have also been available in United States since 2020.

In order to provide a better service to our customers, we are looking for open minded, positive or also experienced talents - regardless of the industry.


We are currently looking for:

Finance & Admin Assistant (M/F/d), full-time

Your Tasks in daily business:


  • Responsible for subsidiary's daily cash transaction and settlement, prepare related cash reports;
  • Responsible for the daily financial work of the subsidiary, deal with matters of thirdparty accounting agencies;
  • Register sales orders for collection and delivery;
  • Inventory management and timely update of inventory status;
  • Responsible for the connection and distribution with the finance department of the headquarters, timely report the data required by the headquarters and complete the followup matters;
  • Daily office maintenance and management;
  • Assist and support the team to carry out local activities, such as exhibitions, customer to office training arrangements, etc;
  • Prepare, file and maintain vital documents.

Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Major in finance, accounting, economics, etc., relevant working experience is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and especially with excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Good team work ability
  • Able to communicate in Chinese is strongly preferred
  • General understanding of Chinese culture/Chinese company is a plus
