In the Division Reinsurance Controlling, the responsibilities of controlling and management reporting are bundled together to ensure a uniform controlling process.

RIC advises the Reinsurance Committee (RVA), RI-CEO and the RI-CFO in respect of the current economics of the Reinsurance Segment and proper allocation of resources.

RIC advises divisional board members and divisional leaders accordingly in respect of their operative units.

In parallel to the Reinsurance Controlling mission, RIC is enabling the global provision of structured internal Reinsurance Data as the Global Process Owner for Reporting.


The RIC Management Reporting Team is the responsible unit to define the requirements of the Business Planning System, supports the implementation from business side and manages the change for the users.


As part of our team you will grow in an agile working environment, interact closely with our internal clients in Munich and the International Organization.

You will report to a Head of Section within our Reinsurance Controlling Division.

Your job

  • Be responsible for our internal planning system and further enhance to meet local and international needs
  • Manage a (sub) project aiming to upgrade the current planning system
  • Translate functional requirements into a business specification and deal with complex data models
  • Support the implementation process (e.g. compliant documentation, business support, test organization)
  • Elaborate target group specific system communication like board presentations or user trainings
  • Establish and further develop an efficient and compliant run organization in cooperation with our partners

Profile:


  • University degree in business informatics, information systems, business administration with focus on IT/ Business Intelligence/ Data processing or comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of software development processes, ideally in the area of data warehousing, reporting or planning
  • Minimum three years of experience in working with data warehousing solutions or planning systems
  • SAP Knowledge is an asset (SAP BW (on HANA), BO, BPC, SAC)
  • Knowledge of regulatory (insurance) reporting is an advantage
  • Very good command of English
  • Ability to understand, structure complex issues and make them understandable for others
  • Cooperative working style and willingness to take over responsibility
