Things that you bring to the table

You are experienced in endtoend tech recruiting, ideally in a tech scaleup (you should know the difference between Java and Javascript)
You know how to build a diverse and rich pipeline through effective sourcing strategies
Recruiting floats through your DNA, you know how to work autonomously, and you like to get creative
You can handle our recruitment stack: Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, Xing Talent Manager, Codesubmit, Slack
You have full working proficiency in English; German would be a plus
