    Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei Innomotics suchen wir einen Sales Professional Drive Technology (w/m/d).

    Ihre zukünftige Rolle.
    • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die regionale Entwicklung und Erschließung von zugeordneten Kunden und sind zuständig für die Maximierung unseres Marktanteils sowie für profitables Wachstum mit diesen Kunden.
    • Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen zudem der Aufbau und die Pflege eines starken, kundenorientierten Netzwerks (Vertical Ecosystem) auf allen strategisch wichtigen Hierarchieebenen inklusive regelmäßiger Besuche der zugeordneten Kunden.
    • Sie analysieren Märkte, Positionierung und Bedarfe der Kunden und untersuchen spezifische Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für unser Portfolio.
    • Sie entwickeln, kommunizieren und implementieren systematisch eine Strategie, um unser Geschäft mit den Kunden und deren Ökosystem gewinnbringend auszubauen.
    • Sie kommunizieren eng mit unserer Vertriebsorganisation sowie den Support-Funktionen, und tragen die Verantwortung für das dazugehörige Opportunity Management.
    • Sie erarbeiten gemeinsam mit den Kunden technisch maßgeschneiderte Lösungen basierend auf unserem Produktportfolio und geben das Feedback über Kundenbedürfnisse an das Produktmanagement weiter.
    • Sie koordinieren divisionsübergreifend Angebote und führen Vertragsverhandlungen durch. In Ihrer Rolle agieren Sie als Eskalationsinstanz und managen die Eskalationen bei Bedarf.
    Ihr Profil.
    • Die Basis Ihrer Karriere bildet eine abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik bzw. Maschinenbau bevorzugt mit Fokus auf Antriebstechnik. Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik oder Elektrotechnik ist von weiterem Vorteil.
    • Darauf aufbauend haben Sie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development, Vertrieb oder Key Account Management im Maschinenbau.
    • Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Antriebstechnik (Hoch- und Niederspannungsmotoren, Mittelspannungsumrichter).
    • Zusätzlich haben Sie die Fähigkeit, Ihren Kommunikationsstil an die jeweilige Zielgruppe anzupassen, Vertrauen aufzubauen und Zugang zu verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen zu finden.
    • Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und sind ein echter Teamplayer.
    • Internationale Erfahrung, kulturelles Feingefühl, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
