You support our team as

Communication Specialist (f/m/d)


Responsibilities:

Maintenance, control, updating and modernization of EB Portal

Maintenance and updating of social media platforms

Internal and external Communication

Project calculation and budget monitoring

Editorial and graphic creation of documents, means of communication, audiovisual and online advertising material

Internal Comms. Procurement (quotation request, SAP purchase order, supplier maintenance, invoice control/release)

Participation in day-to-day business

Agency management

Implementation and further development of the corporate communications strategy

Further developing of customer centric appearance

Close interaction with Comms colleagues in regions and with certain Freudenberg Comms work groups

Coordination with relevant interfaces (Global Sales organization across BAs)

Communication, service and support for subsidiaries (inter)national

Support function for EB's teams seeking Comms support

Briefing and management of service providers


Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies or commercial or technical training and knowledge acquired through appropriate professional experience or comparable qualifications

Experience with Corporate Communications

Digital affinity, negotiation security, confident appearance, good manners, resilience

Strong self-motivation, quick comprehension, creativity and skill to outline your own ideas

Organizational talent and enjoyment of working with colleagues from a wide variety of functions

Secure knowledge of MS Office

Confident spoken and written in German and English

Willingness to travel worldwide
