What you'll do:

You will lead the team of project managers, engineers, and designers to develop the best sleep products and grow the company.
You will define product specifications to fulfil the highest quality of Emma products with the highest efficiency of production process.
You will run frequent deep dives to reveal business opportunities and find interesting niches by anticipating trends that help you prioritize your key levers.
You will manage the collaboration with international suppliers by developing the best products in the shortest time frames.
You will work on successfullaunchingof new products throughout different markets and countries.
You will define and execute the right growth strategy by crafting and correctly positioning the new products and initiatives.
You will be looking for opportunities for growth outside of the status quo and building new scalable business cases based on your ideas.

Who we're looking for:

You have successfully completed your bachelor (or masters) in a relevant course with strong achievements.
You have experience in business development or engineering, preferably within a start/scaleup environment.
You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and thinking in a processoriented manner.
You are fascinated by sleep, foam, springs, and fast scalable business models.
You have outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills.
You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team.
You are curious and hungry to learn. You are relentless in pursuit of growth.
You are fluent in English; German or Spanish will be a plus.
