We are looking for a

Your mission:

You are responsible for all financial activities of the organization, from budget planning to controlling of operational performance, incl. support in the acquisition of suitable companies that complement our strategy
You lead and develop a highperformance team
Manage the budgeting process, including the creation of financial models and forecasts
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department with a strong focus on quality
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and shareholder requirements
Work on special projects such as establishment of new transfer pricing mechanism, liquidity or SAP migration
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors
Communicate financial results and recommendations to the executive team and the board of directors

Your profile:

You are a strategic thinker: able to synthesize data, recognize patterns and insights, and identify ways to create and capture value
Ideally, you have gained experience in top management consulting, private equity and/or industry experience alternatively, multiyear big4 accounting experience topped with being a certified auditor ("Wirtschaftsprüfer")
6+ years of work experience in finance, with ideally 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
You are a team player, collaborative and always focusing on what is best for the company
Strong knowledge of HGB and other relevant German regulation and laws
Ideally, knowledge of SAP (migration)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment
Fluency in English and German
