What exactly do we do?

We deliver top-level IT solutions for the enterprise. We support international supply chains with our latest IT infrastructure. We create unique and user-friendly user experiences.

In doing so, we deliver an important component in our group:

distributed systems with a variety of services and different technologies in
microservices architectures.

Join us as a Scrum Master (M/F/d) to develop the IoT Platform for DPDHL.

Tasks

What you can do?

As a Scrum Master, you will take over the technical and methodological leadership of an agile development team. You lead your team with heart and at eye level in close
cooperation with your supervisor. In your team, you have several developers
(M/F/d) with different levels of experience.

You take care of the adherence to our methodical (agile) guard rails and ensure adherence to the development process. Together with your team you work out the delivery planning and ensure its implementation. You always keep an eye on the budget. You elegantly remove obstacles and thus keep your team's back free for development. You advise your stakeholders on the complexity and scope of the planning with your communication skills and sure instinct.

Your cooperation is also in demand for cross-company topics. Here we count on your advice and active support. If necessary, we also need your expertise for recruiting new, excellent colleagues.

Requirements:

What do you bring along?

• Solid professional experience in leading agile development teams in software

development, incl. mentoring junior colleagues\*.

• Passion for and profound knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban): You are the Scrum Master in your team and are responsible for all agile processes in the team.
• Very good communication skills according to the principles of nonviolent

communication as well as moderation skills: Empathy and appreciative
communication is important to us and are lived in all teams

• It would be nice if Continuous Delivery and testdriven development are not

foreign words for you.

• Fluent in German (at least B2 level verbally and in writing) and English at the

Berlin location we all speak German with each other, in the IoT project English.

• Other topics that are important to us are cloud technology as well as everything

around IT security. If this interests you, you can learn it with us - we are
looking forward to an exchange of knowledge with you on these topics as well
