Your responsibilities:

  • As a Server Administrator Datacenter, you are responsible for the monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of the Windows Server operating systems as well as the hardware in the data centre environment (HP, Cisco UCS).
  • You create performance analyses and derive recommendations for optimizing the operating systems and server hardware.
  • The implementation and operation of the Windows Server systems in private and public cloud environments, as well as AWS and Azure are also part of your tasks.
  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure the continuous 24/7 operation of our productive systems, and you also create and maintain their documentation.
  • Additionally, you conduct error analyses and troubleshooting of various data centre systems and contribute to crossdepartmental projects.

You bring along:


  • After your studies or training in the field of computer science or a comparable discipline, you have already gained several years of experience with 24/7 productive systems in the Windows Server and hardware environment.
  • You have knowledge and experience in the administration of Windows Server operating systems (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS file and print services), WSUS, and Windows clients as well as knowledge in the configuration, installation, and support of a virtualized infrastructure (VMWare ESXi).
  • Knowledge in the Cisco network environment is desirable, and certificates (MCSA/MCSE/MCITP) for Microsoft Server and/or Exchange are a plus.
  • You have a high level of commitment, work independently and proactively to prevent potential risks, and are a true team player.
  • Good English skills in written and spoken round off your profile.
