What you will do

As Renault Trucks Director Commercial Management & Marketing you and your team will be responsible for all administrative commercial operations (pricing, logistics and sales adminstration) as well as external & internal communication concerning Renault Trucks products, services, core values etc.

You will work cross-functionally with other business units and in close cooperation with the headquarter and factories to execute the commercial and brand strategic vision in Germany.

Together with your team you will supervise the ordering and invoicing process and verify full compliance with company processes and provisions.

Responsibilities

Pricing & Campaigns:
Initiate and calculate the financial impact of sales campaigns followed by implementing them with coordinate effective communication and evaluation to find optimization potential in close cooperation with the respective departments mainly New Sales Director

Logistics:

Planning, coordination and reporting of New vehicles volumes with responsibility of demand planning and production program planning volumes with the factories, incl.

stock management

Sales Administration:
Definition, implementation, testing, development and adherence to efficient and consistent processes in the sales admin services as the basis for a high degree of satisfaction of both external and internal customers

Marketing:
Take responsibility for implementing the RT brand guidelines, exhibitions, events, product & service communication, customer magazines, PR, social media, press test, demo trucks, advertising, sponsorship, dealer communications, product launches, merchandise etc within the approved budgets

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in business management, business engineering or a related field is required.
• Good Leadership skills
• Very good understanding of processes and the willingness to optimize these
• Strong commercial, business and retail mind set
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives and drive changes
• Involved in the different business areas work crossfunctional
• Goal oriented and ability to get things done
• Interest in working in a fast changing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing and customers
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, French would be an asset
• Courage and Integrity and Ambition
