As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries.

Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

    These tasks and challenges awaits you:
***- Manage and enhance TSCNET's existing Compliance Management System

  • Design and further development of the compliance organisation
  • Regular review of compliance guidelines/policies for relevant content and completeness
  • Advising TSCNET management and business units on all compliance related matters
  • Managing TSCNET's whistleblower channel
  • Receiving and investigating compliance reports with the support of relevant business units
  • Recommendations for dealing with compliance incidents
  • Documentation of all compliance matters
  • Maintaining a central incident management system for compliance incidents
  • Manage and enhance TSCNET's Compliance Training for management and employees
  • Coordination, organisation and documentation of compliance trainings
  • Ensure ongoing education activities for compliance related topics
  • Further development of TSCNET's internal compliance communication system
  • Regular and adhoc reporting to the Lead Legal Counsel and the Compliance Committee on all compliance matters
  • Conduction of regular analysis of compliance risks, including the identification, evaluation, monitoring and implementation of risk prevention measures
  • Implementation of internal compliance audits
  • Development of schedules for independent audits
  • Mandating external lawyers or auditors to provide support in compliance related matters

You have the following experience and skills:
***- Fully qualified as a lawyer in Germany

  • Recognised compliance officer certification(s) is a plus
  • At least two years of experience in establishing and / or further developing compliance management systems
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts and assertiveness
  • High level of initiative as well as careful and resultoriented working methods, combined with team competence
  • Business fluent in English
  • Enthusiasm for technical matters
