We are a growing team looking for a Senior VP, Product to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our Product team in the Amsterdam or Berlin office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior VP, Product you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our entire Product organization.

You and your team will be accountable for developing the most compelling set of business opportunities for our carriers, shippers, and marketplace.

You will lead strategically important cross-departmental initiatives and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the product.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Refine and operationalise a holistic product strategy centered around improving operational efficiency, reducing inefficiencies, and increasing sustainable cutting edge technologies
  • Assist the product teams in resolving complex operational business challenges by utilizing technology in a realworld environment
  • Build a bestinclass product culture through mentoring and developing existing team members
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers when doing business with sennder
  • Be the thought leader on our value proposition to give unprecedented access to business opportunities, and key 'bridge' person with senior leadership in the engineering teams, as well as operational teams in order to make the change happen

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • Extensive professional experience in product management, ideally within a "marketplace" type of offering, and/or working with Machine learning teams
  • Ideally you have product experience in logistics or another operationally complex industry
  • Experience leading a teams of Product Managers in a matrix organization
  • Experience researching, defining and delivering customerimpacting products in a scaleup environment
  • Experience working in an opsheavy and multicountry environment, and overcoming the challenges that these bring (i.e. change management, collaboration,...)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills sennder is a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Track record of driving innovation and delivering results
  • Logistics industry experience is a strong plus
